Duties

Vary depending on the role you apply for, but every position plays an important part in creating a safe, fun and inclusive environment for children.

• Play Manager – Lead a childcare setting and support your team.
• Deputy Play Manager – Support the Play Manager with the day-to-day running of the club.
• Inclusion Worker – Support children with SEND and additional needs to help them thrive.
• Playworker – Create engaging play opportunities and build positive relationships with children. 

Skills and Experience

We are looking for people who enjoy working with children aged 4–11 years and are enthusiastic, caring and reliable. You should be able to work well as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Most importantly, you'll be keen to learn, develop professionally, and make a positive difference in children's lives.
