Duties

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Flourish team, gain hands-on experience of building relationships, connecting with communities and exploring new ways of engaging with faith and spirituality. A key part of the role will be helping to shape and develop Chrysalis – Youth Advocacy & Listening Hubs, working alongside young people to create safe, welcoming spaces, where they can be heard, supported and valued

Skills and Experience

Are you 18–30 years old? Do you enjoy bringing people together and helping communities flourish? Do you want to explore different ways of engaging with faith and with God? Do you have a creative, curious, resilient and enthusiastic approach? Do you care about listening to young people and helping them feel heard & valued?
