Skills and Experience

It will be beneficial to have an interest in sport and physical activity, to have run sessions and to appreciate inclusion in sport.

As a Visosport Facilitator, you will:  Lead seated sports sessions around tables in Care Homes  Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive sessions  Set up and pack away all equipment  Interact regularly with participants to:  Encourage motivation  Maintain enjoyment  Build confidence  Adapt activities for adults with a wide range of abilities and needs
