Jobshop

Welcome to JobShop

The JobShop is based on the ground floor of the new Students’ Union building, Union 1. We’re behind the glass doors, in between the Advice Centre and Lettings.

We advertise part-time and holiday jobs at The Students’ Union, on campus and around Bristol. Before uploading vacancies to the website, we make sure that all roles pay at least National Minimum Wage and are suitable for students. Roles range from bar work and hospitality to admin and even care based work. We can also point you in the right direction if you need some advice on tax, national insurance or general job hunting tips.

The website is updated on a daily basis so for the most recent job updates it’s worth regularly checking the website as it can change pretty quickly! You can also opt into our weekly mailer, an email with details of all current JobShop vacancies sent to your inbox once a week.

As well as advertising, we also help with various aspects of recruitment for part-time roles at The Students’ Union. This helps us provide good quality jobs and a safe environment for UWE students to work in.

Whether part-time work is about earning extra money or gaining valuable skills and experience, we can help find a role that suits you.
