What does UWE DAES do?

UWE DAES was only established in March 2026, but we can’t wait to get started and build a strong, active community for engineering degree apprentices.

We have lots of plans to achieve this, including:

• Social & networking events: Opportunities to meet apprentices from different companies and courses
• Film & board game nights: Relaxed socials to unwind and get to know each other
• Sports events: Casual and competitive activities to bring members together
• Collaborative meetups: Spaces to share experiences, advice, and support
