LGBT Plus History Month

In February we celebrate the LGBT+ community for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans+ (LGBT+).

This year LGBT+ Society and The Students' Union are bringing a cross campus program of events around the theme of allyship. We're inviting you to#ShowYourTrueColours and join us in a month of celebration, education and awareness. From free films, workshops on sexual health, gender & intersectionality, discussions about pinkwashing, LGBT+ resistance, queer history monologues & and LGBT+ takeover of Lock In!

We've also joined forces with UWE Library to prepare a resource list of documentaries, films, books, and websites for you: http://go.uwe.ac.uk/LGBTresources & SceneIT Cinema to bring you a month of the best in FREE LGBT+ award winning films!
