Volunteering may encompass being part of our many fantastic committees, societies and networks or might involve volunteering outside of The Students’ Union. The winner of this award is not afraid to give their time to important causes in the name of our student and university community.

This award is given by the VP Community and Welfare to a group or individual who has truly embodied The Students’ Union’s values and ethos. Their passion for making a positive impact shines through in all they do for the UWE Bristol community.

This award recognises the fantastic campaigns and projects that run within the UWE Bristol community, whether they promote getting active, engaging in healthy practices, enabling students to feel more comfortable or offering some much need support during those stressful times. Campaigns offer opportunities to engage with numerous students across the three campuses making sure that the student voice is heard across UWE Bristol.

The dedication award recognises individuals who have made significant and impactful changes with the university community and beyond. They are dedicated and passionate about their cause, they empower others to make change in areas such as mental health and wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.
