In order for a society to be ratified, at least 10 current students need to express their intention to join (you will need to enter their details in the form).
You will also need to have a think about who will take each committee position, a list of which can be found here.
In addition to information about your new Society propsal, you are required to submit a Society Budget Form and Society General Risk Assessment. Please complete these before completing your New Society Application submission, as you will not be able to complete this without uploading these completed documents.

Please note, the Societies Executive will ratify societies every fortnight. Please allow up to 4 weeks from your submission date for your Society to be ratified and set up. Applications without completed budgets or risk assessments will not be considered.
