About The Students’ Union at UWE
As the representative body of one of the largest student populations in the South West we are proud of our achievements to date and of the services we offer; we are now seeking exceptional individuals to join the team to drive us on to even greater things.
There are exciting times as we moved into a new £10m building in July 2015. Equally, there are many challenges ahead as our relationship with UWE evolves and we seek to further develop our services for students. All the roles look to ensure we continue providing the very best services we can to enhance the experience of each and every student. You will need to be unafraid of new ideas and new ways of doing things and be confident in embracing change.
A key milestone for us was Summer 2015, the opening of our brand new, £10 million, 2,900 square metre, stand-alone building on the Frenchay Campus. This major investment will provide a fantastic new facility to allow further development of services for students.
We operate on three campuses in Bristol – Frenchay, Bower Ashton and Glenside.
Our 2013–17 Strategic Plan outlines our vision and goals for the future; we are committed to the plan and to building on our successes this year to help develop even more challenging plans in the years ahead.
