Your journey starts here! All the information and forms that you need to start planning your club or society trip.
The Trips and Transport form is required for all sport and society trips or competitions involving travel and/or transport. The only exception is for the BUCS team/ league competitions, where the Club Development Coordinator, Blake Brown, organises transport.

Domestic Trips: Submit the form at least 2 weeks before the trip.
International Trips: Submit the form at least 1 month before the trip.
If not using online payments or adding free attendees, submit a Participant’s List by using the admin tools on your club or society webpage. Instructions on how to do this, can be found here.
Deadlines for the Participant’s List:
Domestic Trips: at least 1 working day before the trip (unless specified by the Trips and Transport Assistant).
International Trips: at least 1 week before the trip (unless specified by the Trips and Transport Assistant).
If your trip requires accommodation bookings, a week’s notice may not be sufficient. Plan ahead and provide as much notice as possible to The Students’ Union at UWE.
You will receive email confirmation once the booking is processed and again upon authorisation.
It is the responsibility of the committee members organising the trip to provide all required information. Missing information will not be chased and will prevent trip authorisation. Contact the Students’ Union at UWE if any aspect is unclear.
