Join us for a fantastic tour of Warner Bros Studio Tour, complete with sets, costumes, and props directly from the Harry Potter movies. 

Your ticket pays for entry to the tour and coach travel, saving you over £50 in travel costs!

Itinerary

10am – gathering and name check in front of the SU building (Union 1)

10.30am sharp – Coach leaves for Warner Bros Studio Tour London

Approx. 1.15pm – Coach arrives at Warner Bros Studio Tour London

Our group will be split across two tours one at 2pm, the other at 2.30pm. You will have the recommended time of 3.5-4 hours inside the tour.

2 pm – first tour starts

2.30pm – second tour starts

6.30pm – gathering and name check at bus drop off/pick up point

7pm – coach leaves for Bristol

Approx. 9.45pm – Arrive back at UWE

Terms and Conditions

• You must be a UWE student to attend this trip, please bring your student card with you.
• You MUST provide the name and contact phone number for a UK-based emergency contact (e.g. parent, relative, partner, sibling, flatmate) and they cannot also be coming on the trip.
• The bus will leave at 10.30am sharp so if you are not on the bus at 10.30am we will leave without you
• You will be able to specify your preferred tour start time but this is subject to availability.
• Please be aware that you will have to wait either before or after your tour and there is a café, shop, and lobby area where you will be able to wait. You can bring or buy lunch here if you want. You MUST remain on site at Warner Bros Studio Tour from arrival to departure.
• Warner Bros Studio Tour will check bags before entry and please don’t bring large items/luggage. You will be able store bags and coats for free in the cloakroom.
• Special effects (including sudden loud effects and strobe lighting) are used in certain areas of the Tour.
• Please follow the instructions of your trip leaders and Warner Bros Studio Tour staff throughout the trip.
• You will be required to abide by the terms and conditions of Warner Bros Studio Tour https://www.wbstudiotour.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.
• You will be required to abide by The Students’ Union bye-laws and policies available at https://www.thestudentsunion.co.uk/union/constitution/.
• You will be emailed the itinerary, terms and conditions, and contact details of your trip leaders before the trip.
