Get Crafty: Tie Dye Time: noon - 2pm; Glenside Playing Field (opposite the clock tower); Try your hand at t-shirt tie dying! Practice on our second-hand tees or bring your own items to give them a new lease of life.

Sip and Paint: noon - 3pm; Glenside Students' Union; Join us to make a mocktail and paint a canvas in The Students' Union! UWE Student life will be joining us too!

Mon 16th September

WELCOME 2024: Sustainability Drop-In: Bulb Planting (Glenside): noon - 2pm; The Engagement Space in The Students’ Union on Glenside Campus; Join the Green Team to plant some flower bulbs in pots to take away and grow on your windowsill.

Tue 17th September

Windowsill Herb Garden (Glenside): noon - 2pm; Glenside Students' Union; Come and create a herb garden for your accommodation and make your meals more delicious!

Wed 18th September

The Placement Uniform Swap Shop: noon - 2pm; Swap or donate your pre-loved uniform in exchange for a new size or fit!

Thu 19th September

Quote on a Tote: noon - 2pm; Glenside Students' Union; Create your own design and then iron it onto a tote bag!

Fri 20th September

Welcome Social- Cake Decorating: noon - 2pm; Glenside Students' Union; Fancy a sweet treat at lunch? Come and decorate a cupcake and chat to fellow students!

Meet Your SU Presidents & Part-Time Officers at Bower: 2pm - 4pm; The Students' Union Café/Patio, Bower Ashton; Get to know the people who run your Students' Union!

Meet Your Campus Officer! (Glenside): noon - 2pm; Glenside Students' Union; Come and meet your Campus Officer, Mercy, find out more about what we can do for you and let us know what you would like to see from Glenside Students' Union for the following year!

WELCOME 2024: Glenside Community Garden Session and Social: noon - 2pm; Glenside Community Garden; All students are welcome to join the Green Team and drop in for a social and some gardening activities in the Community Garden at Glenside.

Wed 25th September

Coaster Making (Glenside): noon - 2pm; Come and decorate a coaster for your new accommodation, or why not give as a gift to a new friend and enjoy some refreshments from us too!

Pizza Making with Del Vecchio's Pizza: noon - 3pm; Glenside Students' Union; Come and enjoy some delicious pizza at lunch time!

Thu 3rd October

Glenside Welcome Fair: 11am - 3pm; Glenside Playing Field; New and returning students join us for Glenside Welcome Fair!

Mon 7th October

Mature Students Meet Up: noon - 2pm; Glenside Students' Union; Meet other mature students and enjoy some refreshments, open to all new and returning students!

Tue 8th October

Macramé Workshop: noon - 2pm; Glenside Students' Union; After many successful Clay and Play sessions, the team will be back to run a Macramé session!

Wed 9th October

Glenside Community Garden BBQ Hosted by the Sustainability Committee: 5pm - 7pm; Welcome is a program of events that showcases all that life at UWE Bristol has to offer
