We are looking for a pro-active, friendly, and fun Buildings Activator to support The Students' Union Front of House operation on the largest UWE Bristol campus - Frenchay!
If you thrive in a customer facing environment and have a passion for organising events and activities, alongside a strong admin skill set, we would love to receive your application!
Responsibilities will include organising and delivering a wide range of engagement and activity, overseeing internal and external bookings and events requests, covering the front of house provision, supporting/ training and guiding the casual buildings staff with their day-to-day tasks, acting as the first point of contact within The Students' Union and supporting the Buildings manager with a range of operational and administrative tasks!

Salary:
£21,374 + Annual salary increases + Annual increment salary increases for your first three years’ (can be outlined within interview)
Hours per Week:
37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, term - time Tuesday-Saturday working on a shift pattern between 8.45am-7:00pm and non term time Monday - Friday core hours
Holiday Entitlement:
27 days + Bank Holidays + Closure Days (pro rata)
Duration:
Permanent.
Location:
Based at Frenchay Campus. The postholder may be required to work at, or from any of the Union’s establishments
