The Community Manager will be supported with the day to day people management of the Community Team through the role of our Community People Leader. The Community Manager provides the overall direction and motivation to the team, as well as line managing the Community People Leader to achieve the goals and deliverables across the coordinators in the team.

Additional Information
Rate of Pay: £36,482
Grade: 7.1
Hours per Week: 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7
* Given the nature of the post, weekend and evening work will be required to achieve the desired outcomes at key times of the year
Holiday: 27 Days + Closure Days & Bank Holidays ‘pro rata’
Duration of Role: Permanent
Location: Based at Frenchay Campus- Bristol
*The postholder will be required to work at, or from any of the Union’s establishments (Bower Ashton Campus, Glenside Campus etc)
