Everything you need to know about booking nutrition support for your sports club!
Did you know your sports club can book a nutrition workshop with Rachel White, a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist? Sessions are available for any team wanting to improve athlete wellbeing, fuelling, and performance. Workshops are one hour, held in person or online, and cover everything from game-day fuelling to recovery nutrition. With 50 percent funding available, clubs can book a session for just £25. Further funding may be available for clubs wanting multiple sessions, and if funding runs out, workshops can still be booked at £50. Rachel can tailor each workshop to your sport. Topics include everyday nutrition for student athletes, hydration, supplements, vegetarian and vegan performance, female athlete nutrition, and an open Q&A for your team’s questions.
