We are currently seeking a Student Trustees to sit on our Trustee Board to oversee the strategic direction of The Students’ Union and ensure we meet our vision of being recognised as a leading Students’ Union that all our students are proud of. We are looking for dynamic and highly committed individuals to apply. 

**Please note this is a voluntary role and that appointed Student Trustees cannot be employed by The Students’ Union in any other capacity**

Time commitment: 25 hours per annum

Requirements of the role:

• Attendance at Trustee Board Meetings (4 times a year)
• Attendance at Finance and General Purposes Meeting (sub-committee of Trustee Board which meets monthly)
• Pre-reading before Trustee meetings of reports and other documentation
• Ambassador of The Students’ Union

In order to apply you must be:

• A current student at UWE Bristol and be studying at UWE Bristol until at least July 2024
• female or non binary (so as to keep the gender balance on our Board)
