Every day this week we will be highlighting the candidates running to be your next student leaders in The Student Elections 2026.

Day Two sees the candidates for Vice President Community and Welfare and our Welfare Part Time Officers*. Below are the photos and manifestos for all eligible candidates, we encourage all students to read these in advance of voting open from Monday 23 March 08:00 – Thursday 26 March 18:00.

*Due to there being no candidates for Trans Welfare Part Time Officer, this position will re-open during the By-Elections in October.

Please note candidates may be have withdrawn from the election if they have not attended mandatory briefings or have asked to be withdrawn prior to the deadline.
