How Responsible Futures works if you were to take part:
UWE Bristol and The Students’ Union will have submitted evidence towards the accreditation, and then this is reviewed by student auditors, so this is where you come in! You will audit this evidence, and you also help to run interviews and focus groups with students and staff on the topic of sustainability. You will receive all the necessary training and support by the brilliant staff from SOS-UK, this is a voluntary post (over two days) and you’ll gain experience of organisational change for sustainability, leadership and communications, auditing, environmental management, social responsibility, etc.
There will be plenty of breaks and a free lunch from The Students’ Union bar. You will generally be working in pairs or teams and you will be fully supported by SOS-UK Responsible Futures staff to complete the audit.
