    What am I working on?

    1. Regular mental health workshop/meetings every week so that we can talk about what is truly on our mind.
    2. Hold seminars and provide counselling for those who need it.
    3. I prioritise my mental health, after being through a lot personally, I often emphasise the need for taking days off. This is something I would like to promote. I feel grateful to have received the appropriate help when I needed it and I want to make a change and help my peers get it too.
