Getting to Campus

 

Cycle Routes

Bower Ashton is easily accessible by bike and there are showers, lockers, bike shelters and free bike tools available on campus to make your journey more comfortable. Free Dr Bike Check ups and repairs.

Free drop-in Dr Bike session for all students and staff. Our mechanic Ross will be able to carry out a check up and do simple repairs on your bike, particularly on brakes, gears and punctures (with a charge for the parts but not for the labour). Cash or card accepted.

At the Cycle hub (by North car park), Bower Ashton Campus once a month during term time.

 

Walk

Bower Ashton campus is a 30 min walk from the city centre. You can use the address City campus at Bower Ashton, Kennel Lodge Road, Bristol, BS3 2 JT in google maps to plan your route.

 

Bus

Get the X4, X1, X6, X7 or X9 which stops near the campus. Follow this link for more information. https://www.firstbus.co.uk/bristol-bath-and-west/routes-and-maps/universities/uwe

Or the M2 which has stops opposite Temple Meads, MarketGate/Phoenix Court accommodation and the centre. 15 min walk to campus from Cumberland Basin stop.

Parking is available at Bower but spaces are very limited, so it's worth considering alternative transport methods.
