
This December your VP Community and Welfare at the Students' Union are putting on a week of activities that aim to celebrate mental health and wellbeing. You will also find some of The Students' Union and UWE's regular activities in the line-up including MOVE classes, period stalls and staff wellbeing walks.
Mental health and personal wellbeing is something that impacts all of our lives and the ways in which we look after ourselves is unique to everyone.
We hope that by putting on a range of activities and advertising some of the great resources and support systems that are already provided across the Student's Union, UWE and externally that there will be something for everyone. Use the week to do something for yourself, like that MOVE yoga class you've had your eye on or going on a wellbeing walk with The Green Team.
