Decolonising and decarbonising education at UWE
This academic year (2021-22) we have been working with some academics at UWE to understand how we can better include diverse cultures and knowledge systems in the curricula. We also want to work towards more of an understanding at UWE about the link between colonialism and the climate crisis, you can read more about this here. We hosted a Decolonise seminar series which included guest speakers from African Voices Forum and the Black Seeds Network.
