Why did you get involved? I got involved because being a president and playing netball has been such a rewarding part of my time at uni. It's a great opportunity to encourage new students to get involved, make the most of The Students' Union and discover the benefits of joining a sport and the wider student community. Being a Student Rep has meant that I can help to improve my course for not only our year, but also years to come. 

What do you love about being part of The Students’ Union? Being part of The Students' Union has been great, getting to know the staff and learning from them, as well as the sense of community and opportunities it provides to meet new people and get involved in different activities. 

Top tip? Get stuck in with different sports that you might not have previously played, the MOVE program at UWE is fab!
