Why spend time having different pots and pans on the go when you could pop all your veg in a roasting tray and drizzle them with some olive oil, garlic and herbs.
It may sound simple but writing down your timings, both for cooking and preparation, will help to ensure your Christmas dinner goes smoothly.
The crispier the potato, the better. When draining the potatoes, give the colander a good shake to fluff up the edges. This will ensure the outside of the potato gets extra-crispy.
