The list of reasons why you should exercise is endless but, did you know exercising also has some direct stress-reducing benefits? Physical activity has been proven to pump endorphins, boost production and help you sleep.
We know the exam season can be a difficult time and during this period it is important to take time for yourself. To help with this, the MOVE programme has specific classes surrounding relaxation and mindfulness. Classes include Meditation, Run 5, Self-Defence, Tai-Chi and Qi Gong and Yoga.
MOVE is a programme brought to you by The Students' Union and UWE Bristol Sport. It provides a chance for UWE Bristol students’ to learn new skills and try a range of sports, without breaking the bank.
