Extra Information:

The SU is actively seeking student input for the next accommodation building which UWE is planning. Following the sustainability goals and marketing of both UWE's and The SU's, it would make sense and it'd be a great opportunity to have a PassivHaus building.

It is one of the most sustainable ways of building, it generates great comfort for its users and it's generally a great advertisement point for the university as only one or two other universities in the country have done it.

This would need heavy student lobbying as it requires extra initial funding, though it pays off  quickly with low utility bills (which, again, makes it eco-friendly)!
