Quiet shopping hour for neurodivergent students on shops at all campuses

As an autistic person I sometimes get overwhelmed by noise when I shop on campus due to the amount of people, even in the mornings. I would like to suggest a quiet shopping hour, with dimmed lights sometime in the morning, so noise, crowds and light doesn't deter us from grabbing essentials if we're sensitive to those.
