Make Scampi the campus cat honorary president

Scampi is a ginger cat who can be seen roaming Frenchay Campus and skulking around Carroll Court trying to get into houses.

He has become somewhat an iconic figure of UWE and deserves to have recognition from The Student's Union. This is why I am proposing that we vote him as honorary president.
