Cheap tampons and sanitary products should always be in stock

A wider range of cheaper sanitary products should be available and prices of existing products should be cheaper. There should aways be small packs of cheap tampons in stock for emergencies. If there are none in stock then The SU shops should have to sell the more expensive packs at the same price point so students don't lose out when essential stock isn't managed well.

12:04pm on 31 Oct 16 cheap isn't necessarily good for feminine health or from a sustainability point. Maybe a better idea would just be take the VAT off existing products (The SU would have to absorb this discount within their profits) e.g. Tampon and litets and a wider range of box sizes so box of 2,6,8,12,20 so meets a range of prices points and needs. Further to that if there is enough buy-in then included re-useable options i.e Mooncups. As for emergencies then shouldn't reasonably priced vending machine be in female toilets to dispense these?
