Implement World Peace

Many people have mocked the ideas system for being used for "trivial" and "unimportant" issues like food and drink changes in the SU.

Apparently, it is silly to ask for changes to things that are 100% in the SU's control. So, I'd like to see The SU tackle some things that they may not have 100% control over.

An easy first task would be for them to implement world peace, I'm sure that is well within their remit.
