    Prior to moving into UWE accommodation, we were told to get download speeds of up to 30mb/s free of charge from Student Com, yet the reality is always less than 1mb/s (in Wallscourt Park at least). This is not remotely satisfactory for any use and no long phone calls or emails have resolved the issue for the 3 houses I have personally spoken to who have complained. I hope that the higher-ups on campus could perhaps do something to help which we seem unable to achieve.
