    Currently, the exemption ends with the day (‘the last day’) on which you complete your course. This will be the last day of the assessment period in the last term of study.

     

    This will be the 19th May this year and does not cover resits and many students houses rent lasts until the end of June and they will have to pay Council Tax for this period.
