Extra Information:

Following an unprecedented year, institutions such as The University of the West of England (UWE) should be taking the opportunity to focus on how to be more sustainable as we hopefully begin to return to normal life. Regarding merchandise, there is huge potential for sustainable changes to be made before the next influx of students in September.

The issue of sustainability is one that will only continue to grow. We all have a collective responsibility to assist in UWE’s net-zero carbon goal as well as their overall sustainability goals. This is a unique opportunity to do things differently and set the standard for other similar institutions, I strongly believe UWE is best placed to do this first, in line with their unique image and focus on sustainability.
