Extra Information: Have a salad bar that we can walk up to and pick our own choice of salad, pasta salad, houmous, falafels, noodles, etc and put into a pre-priced container. Maybe priced around £2.50-£3.00 for a small and about £3.50-£4.00 for a large container. Also would require labels on each salad type stating what it is and what allergens/vegan/vegetarian each salad is. Then each salad has its own serving utensil. If this was all done I would love this and use it regularly as it is a affordable and healthy meal.

12:32pm on 11 Dec 23 Great idea! A little concerned about how much packaging waste this would create. The packaging must be sustainable - no plastic or plastic-lined packaging and easily recyclable with adequate recycle bins provided.

1:09pm on 30 Nov 23 having a salad bar would definitely encourage healthy eating, having a variety of food options would also help open up to more students who may have dietry requirements, allergies or preferences!
